Mac OS X operating system has become rather popular during the recent years and continues to expand its presence on the market (in October, 2009, it had 5.27% share on the worldwide market according to the Nielsen research) due to aggressive and successful Apple campaign. Widening the range of computers with pre-installed Mac OS X, the company is getting more and more trusted and appreciated by its customers. Such dynamics results in increasing the quantity of software produced by vendors, who has initially developed cross-platform versions of user applications in order to cover maximal market share.
