Analysis and Planning

1. A manager assigned to your project studies and analyzes your requirements.
2. You get a proposal with a detailed description of all stages, an outline of test-studies, timing and pricing.
3. After the discussion, upon our mutual agreement, we may ask for a prepayment depending on the size of the project.

Implementation

1. A project is created, and its internal milestones are described in detail.
2. Based on complexity of the project, engineers with required skills and expertise are assigned.
3. A project is documented (description includes approaches to the testing suites and test cases).
4. We perform the testing itself.

Reporting

1. At the end of each phase a detailed report about all errors or problems is created.
2. Based on your feedback we either proceed to the next stage or refine the current stage.

All the tasks in the project will be 100% clear to you — every single detail is properly documented. You can contact not only the project manager any time you need, but can also contact each QE personally to clarify any possible problems.

We are prepared to sign any non-disclosure or non-competition forms before the actual start of the work. Yet, with or without them, we honor your privacy and do not disclose any confidential information about you or your business, as well as the very fact of your work with us.

All our projects are done in Redmine, which is perfect for project management, testing and, moreover, is very efficient in everyday work. Per your request we can also integrate our web-system with yours, for easy automation or any other purpose.
All of your test data can be securely accessed for a minimum of a year after the completion of the project.
